In the paper, agricultural micro-environment monitoring system was designed on basis of Wi-Fi on background of agricultural greenhouse micro-environment through sensor technology, automatic monitoring technology, wireless communication technology and computer technology, which achieved the intelligent monitoring of agricultural multiple parameters such as CO2concentration, light, temperature, humidity.The function of the agricultural micro-environment monitoring system is that the nodes of the greenhouse micro-environment collected data of most influential four environmental factors and sent data to remote monitoring center, and the monitoring center controlled the collection nodes through PC interface in order to achieve the function of remote monitoring.The performance of the system is as follows:1. The data of environmental factors converted into electrical signal were digitalized by A/D converter12to guarantee the precision of data.2. The Wi-Fi wireless module was chosen as network transmission module, which insured about100m-300m of the transmission distance and founded the basis of mobile monitoring.3. Through PC interface, the different time intervals and collection nodes could be chosen to ensure the controllability of monitoring.The hardware and the software are as follows.1The hardware part is mainly about the data collection terminal, including four parts:the power module, microcontroller processing module, Wi-Fi wireless communication module and sensors module.2The software part includes PC software and embedded software. The embedded software includes data acquisition of sensor, A/D converter, data transmission by AT instructions controlling Wi-Fi module. PC software is written with C++language. It controls communication between terminal nodes and monitoring center. It implements the data reception, comparison parameters, the data curve analysis function as well.The system is characterized by more quickly networking, simple and convenient, high efficiency, stable and scalable. The establishment of the entire network does not require any of the network facilities. It is more able to meet the complex terrain of agricultural environment and the needs of agricultural micro-environment monitoring and control system.
