| Signal subdividing system based on amplititude sampling technique wasresearched and developed to compensate for low-precision variety, low resolutionand dynamic measurement problem. The characteristics of the signal subdividingwere high-precision variety, high resolution and high respond speed of dynamicmeasurement adapted to the development direction.Signal subdividing of grating sensor technique was researchedsystematically in this paper. The subdividing technique and operating principlewere summarized and compared with other methods of signal subdividing. Ahigher precision and response speed subdivision system was designed based onthe previou analysis.The hardware and software of the circuit were analysed and designed totally.The original output signal processing of grating was adopted precision circuitdesign to filter noise and interference. The weight and fine division method wereput to use simultaneously to get higher and faster speed subdividing in signalsubdividing. The simulation was used to affirm the method of constructing newfunctions on the software design. Futhermore, the nonlinearity output signalproblem could be solved effectively, and the theoretical error could also bereduced by simulation. The subdivision algorithm was optimized to reduce theprocessing time of processor which could improve the overall systemperformance preferably.The experimental data was compared, analysed and processd by calibratingtools. The system error was analysed and calculated through indication error,resolution, stability, repeatability error. Meanwhile, the system accuracy wasadjusted by linear calibration to optimize the veracity of subdivision system. |
