With the development of light communication technology, Some of the light communication technology including the fibre gratting come to provide the technology platform for the application of the sensor domain. The fibre gratting sensors based on the fibre gratting technology are becoming the research hotspot of the sensors domain, The fibre gratting sensors have received extensive recognition all over the world.The fibre gratting sensors have the important significance for the safety analyzing, local monitoring and remote monitoring in the great engineering. Yet the primary obstacle, which limits the fibre gratting sensor's abundant application, comes from the demodulation of signal from the fibre bragg gartting sensors, the real-time signal dispose of high-capability and remote time-monitor system based on network nowaday.Applying the classical theory into the signal disposal of the fiber Bragg grating sensors is very great significance for developing the mature fibre technology product. The paper primarily study how to deal with the high-capability real-time signal of the fiber Bragg grating sensors the fiber bragg grating sensors under the guide of the theory of software requiement analysis. First, we have studied the characteristic of the demodulated signal of the fibre bragg gratting sensors, namely the temperature or other factor will effect the center wavelength and effect the reflected light wavelength, then we bring up a new kind of way based on the correlation computing to complement the deficiency while dealing with the signal overlay problem in solving high-capability real-time signal dispose. The paper verify the new kind of way under the guide of the software testing theory.The new way introduce the correlation algorithm to locate relative position of each signal wave in a period, and the feasibility of this way has been verified by simulation. The paper design a set of DSP application system, and extend the data sampling circuit and data transmitting circuit according to the requirement of algorithm. This new way solves a great deal of correlation operation and condition judgment in a period, and finally succeeds in computing the relative position of each demodulation signal wave in a period.
