This thesis is a research on the reconstruction of MRP working process and the implementation of MRP system management module after the reconstruction specific to S&Z (BJ) Electronics Co.LTD. Through doing this research, it is hoped to achieve the purpose of reducing stocks so as to lower the cost and improving the comprehensive competitiveness of the company, as well as laying the solid foundation for the successful transition of the company. The thesis apply the method of investigation, literature review and exploratory study to do the following research:1.Through analyzing the present situation and the existing problems of MRP working process of S&Z (BJ) Electronics Co.LTD, it is concluded that the primary causes of overstocked products is in material management. MC, BOM process engineers is specifically set for solving this issue, and "Excess and obsolete, abandoned, overage material handling working process" is also established in combination with the system.2.Through analyzing MRP working processes of S&Z (BJ) Electronics Co.LTD and the organizational structure of related departments in the company,it is found that currently MRP working processes, functions and responsibilities of departments of the company is inadequate.In order to solving this problem,the author restructure the MRP working process and the organizational structure of related departments. Meanwhile,the author conduct an investigation on the merger and arrangement of the form,the report format of each department/post,the requirements of inquiry type,the classification of materials, the process route, the sending and receiving material category setting, the material warehouse setting and so on,thus the company possess the basic requirements for importing implementation of the MRP system management module.3.As to the risk assessments of MRP project in S&Z (BJ) Electronics Co.LTD the project risk checklist and periodic risk assessment method is mainly taken.In addition to taking focus on risk plan as the risk control measure, the risk that actually happened but had not foreseen or lead to more serious consequences than expected should be feedback in time so as to reorganize risk preparedness measures.While the implementation programme and plan for MRP project is formulated at the same time, and set up corresponding assessment process and evaluation criteria for carrying out MRP systems management module.What’s more,a group of project team with senior leaders as the core is established,which control human resources fundamentally.Then add the appropriate project control method.the schedule of the whole project is basic in control.4.According to the actual implementation situation of MRP project in S&Z (BJ) Electronics Co.LTD, taking control of the project cost with the progress as the main line, quality as the basis and cost as the conditions.These three indicators can be combined together and develop in collaboration to achieve the optimal condition. This thesis also proposed the corresponding measures and programs to realize the organization and communication of MRP project in S&Z (BJ) Electronics Co.LTD. Through combining and reconstructing the company’s process, not only the functions of each department and responsibilities of each post become more clearly, but also enhance the links between them so that they can share information and eliminate the existence of ’islands of information".Therefore, the obstacles for the smooth implementation of the entire system is totally cleared.After the investigation and analysis of the overall company, the whole investigation and research of the implementation plan of MRP project is finished.The study shows that:System is not omnipotent, neither provide timely assistance, it just a management way, method and means, which is the icing on the cake. It is extremely important for enterprise to combine and reconstruct the process before lead in the system.Because it not only clear necessary obstacles for leading in system, but also make a full preparation and assessment for it at the same time. System leading-in should led by the implementation party, setting an information management system suitable for enterprise’s own industry development and management characteristics according to the demand of implementation party.While it also proved that system implementation consultor is not need be a versatile person proficient in everything, but must be expert in one aspect.
