As China’s capital market is gradually maturing and deepening of the world’s capital markets development and investment business continues to globalization, fund market as one major investment channel flourishes, the requirements of custody and investment decisions of Fund business become increasingly critical. Centralization, processing, conversion and distribution of the fund data is the fundamental for the custody business and investment decisions, and each business department and region has customized requirements, which requires flexible technical system.Information technology has become the main source of innovation of financial instruments. On business expansion, information technology has become a source of growth factors to the financial industry development. The regional and individual requirements of data integration cannot be satisfied by the core large business systems, but Data Integration System this paper described can fill the gap.Data Integration System is to develop a ETL framework, based on ETL principle, organizing the data process into job and a sequence of job steps. ETL, an acronym of Data Extraction, Data Transformation and Data Loading, is used to describe process of the data from the source end of the extract, transform, and load to the destination. ETL, in accordance with uniform rules integrating data and increase the data value, is responsible for completing transformation process of the data from the source to the target warehouse. Meanwhile, a GUI for user operation is designed and implemented using the MVC architecture combing the database technique. This GUI consists of a job monitor module and fundamental data maintenance module.This paper begins with a brief description and analysis of research background on data integration system and the existing technology domestic and abroad. Then, the paper describes the key technologies used in the system, including the B/S structure, Java platform, Tomcat and Oracle etc. The paper analyzes the data integration requirement of custodian bank and presents the overall design and detailed design of the system. And, the paper also describes the main modules of the system implementation and system testing.
