Design And Implementation Of Projects’ Digital Supervision System Of Liaohe Petrochemical Company

With the development of modern engineering technology, the position and role of project supervision throughout the project cycle have become increasingly prominent. However, there still remain lots of project supervision statistics in hand, manual checking stage, which is bound to spend a lot of manpower and material resources. Recent years, with the expanding of business of Liaohe Petrochemical Company, digitization and intelligence of project supervision is imminent, so design and implementation of a simple and efficient project supervision system is very necessary. In this context, we describe the design and implementation of a project supervision system based on.NET platform in details, and proves that system is of vital importance in helping people to supervise the running of projects and provide the early-warnings.In the paper, according to the needs of project supervision, combined with the company’s actual operating requirements, we analysis requirements of the system and determine the structure of the project supervision based on the functional requirements analysis, performance requirements analysis and safety analysis. The system implements management, business management, systems management and other key functions. Management module includes three functions:bid management, contract management, project reports, among them bid management and contract management is the core function which completes function about supervision business management department of pre-service processing project implementation. Business management module includes five functions:project management, project agent construction, tender agent, cost consulting, and project consulting, among them project management sub-module is the core function which completes function about supervision enterprises’ management of project information and process in a variety of business types. System management module includes three functions:user management, operation logs, and content maintenance. The design and implementation of digital project supervision system provides a great convenience for the entire process management of the project supervision, and brings a great efficiency for the whole process of information management and control. The system using SQL Server database, using C#programming language, and developing in the environment of.NET4.0, realizes the intelligence of the information processing.Trial run showed that the system can accurately predict the overall supervision of the process, provide early-warnings about emergences and help users accurately grasp the overall operation of project supervision, which greatly improved the efficiency and accuracy of actual supervision process.
