LED light source has high luminous efficiency, it is no pollution from producing, using till scrapping, its'power consumption is only 1/5 of traditional light, and its'life can extend dozens of times. LED drive power is the key factor of lighting LED. In complex environment, LED drive power must have higher electromagnetic compatibility, and because the long-period, high reliability drive power is required for matching. In order to popularize the LED lighting, we must research and design the LED drive power, which is stable constant-current, high efficiency, small volume, low price, therefore, researching of LED drive power has important practical value.We designed the overall LED drive power, adopted fly back topology, the input voltage (AC85 ~ 264V,50~60Hz), output power is 60 ~ 80W, the main work is as follows: A. Design of transformer: we changed the transformer transmission energy and voltage sizethrough pulse width modulation (PWM). We designed one-port fly back transformer parameters, and optimized parameters through experiment debugging, to improve the circuit conversion efficiency and get ideal switch waveform.B. PWM control circuit: using the company's TEA1552 fly back switch chip. Its'standby power consumption is low, when the output power is very low, it can turn off the PFC circuit to save power consumption. It has many protection functions such: soft start, short circuit protection, over voltage and over current protection, under voltage latch protection etc. We use soft switching technology to improve conversion efficiency.C. Constant voltage & constant current control circuit: We controlled the benchmark source through integrated amp plus the IC, by adjusting the parameters of the negative feedback loop, we can remain the stable output circuit and ripple in compliance with relevant standards, when the electricity loading, discharging. D. PFC (power factor correction) circuit: active power factor correction was adopted in drive power, the average input current was basically changed according to sine wave of the input voltage, power factor can reach above 0.95; The total harmonic distortion of input current is THDI = 3% ~ 10%, voltage of electrolysis capacitor is basically stable, output power is constant, and not change with the input voltage.E. Finally, we summarized the full text, and presented the research in further.
