Along the development of the society as well as the widespread of technology, the central air-conditioner has been increasing widely used in modern buildings in order to create a comfortable living and working environment. However, in the meantime of bringing us comfortable environment, central air-conditioner has also consumed large amounts of energy. In the energy shortage society nowadays, the energy saving research of the group-controlled central air-conditioner has been brought on the table for reducing unnecessary energy cost.The central air-conditioner owns the feature of big time-lagging, strong coupling and non-linearity, and usually it is built under the real situation by system recognition, which is accurate but time-consuming. Without the support of real system, it is difficult to build up the model or the model is not accurate. According to this situation, the paper takes advantage of Trnsys as the research platform and building the central air-conditioner system and its air-conditioner building model, applying the data from Guangzhou Meteorology files and establishing an air-conditioner system analysis model with rounded data. Due to the less controllability of Trnsys, the paper uses Matlab as the controller of Trnsys inner air-conditioner and analyzes the resultsof different controls.In the fifth paragraph, it will mention some air-conditioner control strategies in the real application. The PCL system that used in the system is Siemens S7-300and its patched data collection terminals. And the system monitor software is Siemens WinCC, which can monitor the human-computer interaction function of the operation of scene equipments, statistics report andwarning report etc.
