With the development of information technology, the building automation control is an inevitable trend in the development of future architecture. And as an important part of the control system in the intelligent building, the central air conditionings have adjusted the air temperature,air humidity,air wind's speed,air cleanliness and indoor pressure in people's lives and work environment. In addition, because the air conditioning system always has been on working for a long time, and it would have taken up the greatest part of energy consumption in the whole building control system. Therefore, bringing about the real-time automatic monitoring will get the extremely vital significance in optimization management,saving manpower and reducing energy of the whole system.As an integrated development software, SIEMENS's PCS7 is used in industrial process control system. Based on the PCS7 development platform, this project has designed a automatic air-conditioning process control system that it can adapt to a complex and changeable mode. In this thesis, it selected central air-conditioning chilled water system as the research object, combining the current widely used PID control and fuzzy control. It overcomes the traditional PID algorithm's shortcomings that it rely on parameter tuning. Meanwhile, it plays the Fuzzy control algorithm's good characteristics that the controlled object does not require the precise mathematical model, and it has great adaptability.Finally, this fuzzy PID control integrates the merits of fuzzy control and conventional PID control. It maintained the PID control's advantages that it has Simple structure and not steady-state static error, but also give full play to the fuzzy control's robustness, Adaptability, Rapid Response. So it can assure air conditioning control system satisfying the needs of indoor users and the workshop process, and can realize rapid response,stable and reliable operation in the system,and realize the maximum energy saving.
