Research And Implementation Of The Template Function In The Digital Publishing System

The development of Internet technology and the progress of digital technology have created the new way of reading, which is called digital reading. Compared with traditional reading, it is undeniable that digital reading has absolute advantages in the aspects of convenience, efficiency, flexibility and dissemination speed. The digital publishing industry has become the focus of the publishing industry.EPUB (Electronic Publication) is a kind of freestyle publication standards that support "automatic rearrangement content" and it is released by the leading International Digital Publishing Forum (IDPF for short). This thesis is to develop a simple EPUB document generator, which we call Digital Publishing System(DPS). Combined with the actual project experience in the development of the system, the thesis mainly studies on the template application based on Qt technologies. It includes the functionalities of calling templates and adding features. It makes a good start for interactive digital books and multimedia production operations. It achieves the dynamic effects that other publishing systems do not have. Through tests, the template function exibits stability and basically meets the initial requirements, although there are some areas that can be improved.Besides of the treatment for the template functionality, the thesis also dedicates to details of several problems and techniques invovled in DPS, such as key techniques of EPUB, the analysis of important ingredients of Qt and the implementation of DRM. All the details help to better understand the mechanism of DPS and to complete the development more easily.
