As a new emerging research field, the artificial intelligence has got more and moreattention in people, the expectation of the intelligent robot are always increasing. But thedevelop of the intelligent robot software is somewhat different from the other software, itneeds to involve mathematics, philosophy and other disciplines, you must to meet the systemcomplex, development difficulties and other some problems. To solve this problem, Themiddleware platform are increasing being introduced to the software development of robotfield. Using the middleware platform, the programmer only need to focus on the methods andalgorithm design, which greatly simplifies the software development. However, thedevelopment of based on the middleware platform for robot software also have exist thefollowing issues:1) the problem of the task understand. Since most middleware platforms are base on thecomponent to developed, the user must analysis and understand the task when they developthe system. they need to decompose the system into some functional modules, and make clearthe connection of these modules. these is very difficult for people that lack of professionalknowledge.2) the problem of component select and assemble. The user need to select the componentusing the middleware platform, however, the name of the component is difficult to determinethe function and other basic information, so that the user can’t to make exactly choose. In theassembly process, there may be have these components that have the different name, but thefunction is same or similar, these component can combined to reduce the system resource.This paper will try to explore the robot task understanding and self-assembly method tosolve the problem, the method will let the user achieve the system build through the naturallanguage, the method will complete the other work. the major work is following:1) This paper presents a concept of pre-task, the process of understand the task divideinto two steps. then we present a pre-process method, this method is use of the contextinformation of the task information and corpus to process the task, through the semanticanalysis to get the structure of task.2) this paper present a dialog manage method that bind the state diagram and task-tree, through change the state and fill the task-tree,we can get the intention of the task.3) This paper presents a formal description of ontology-based component method. Thedescription can improve component recall. In the component assembly process, this articleuses a merge algorithm. The algorithm merge the component in the functional and interfaceadaptation circumstances.
