In recent years, with the development of network,"T-shirt" has become popular in on-line shopping from a kind of seemingly simple life clothing. With the strong platform of Internet, it is being transformed into a special carrier, and has formed a new media power day by day. Therefore, analyzing the phenomenon of T-shirt in the context of network and exploring it significance of Communication is particularly valuable.Taking Attention Economics as its theoretical paradigm, this paper analyzes the cultural communication of "T-shirt" in network with the assistance of semiotics, consumer behavior and other theories. Starting from many aspects, such as the ontology of "T-shirt","T-shirt" in the market and "T-shirt" in the network, this paper gradually refines the propagation mode of "T-shirt" in the network and its practical significance. First of all, through the summary of the production of "T-shirt" in China, it defines and combs the concept of "T-shirt" belonging to the paradigm of this paper and identifies the cultural meaning of objects. Secondly, it analyzes the buying psychology of consumers, so as to understand the propagating significance of "T-shirt" among consumers. Finally, it comes back to the "phenomenon" of T-shirt in the network and analyzes the cultural transmission mode and its value. The information communication of T-shirt is closely related to consumption behaviors of T-shirt; its effects can be both positive and passive. This paper has conducted brief analysis on the disadvantages of the phenomenon of T-shirt and tries to find ways to solve the problem and reduce its disadvantages. Under the support of Attention Economic Theory, this paper also intakes "T-shirt" in the network into the scope of research and redefines its marketing approach, adherent culture and its propagating meaning in the context of network.
