Research And Development Of Traffic Information Application Platform For Business Integration

According to the Ministry of Transport’s strategic guidance of establishing a unified communication information infrastructure network, data center and application supporting platform, building the environment of constructing traffic information has been a primary task, which includes organization modeling, data and management standardization, researches on key technology of environment supporting, and design and development of application platform.The overall purpose of the study is to build information technology supporting platform in the transportation industry. By providing standardized service components, and quickly constructing application system by using block-building mode, the data standard would be built and the project process and workflow would be standardized. Finally a manageable, centralized and open information-based operating environment is able to run efficiently. The main study includes the followings.Firstly the framework of research supporting platform, for instance, data service, business supporting, business realization and performance, is able to extensively incorporate various service and application, and construct a complete business supporting platform.Secondly, based on the human resource data of Zhejiang department of Transportation, the organization-relationship model of organization-department-position-individual will be built, and the integrated management of users and authority will be achieved.Thirdly, relying on the technological research of data standardized management, the system of data classification and exchange technology are able to established. Standardized management of transportation data will ensure the efficiency and standardization of basic supporting platform.Finally, through the research on key technology, the development of transportation business application platform is able to be completed. For example, by developing interface for the system of existing business, office and homepage, constructing unified business framework, integrating text message, email, bulletin and other information. and constructing specific business via plug-in units, R&D period will be shorten largely, additionally, the efficiency of research on new business system will be improved.
