An Study About Safety Management Imformation System Of Petrochemical

Petrochemical industry is an important part of the national industrial system. With the development of petrochemical industry, the traditional safety management and operation methods have been unable to adapt with the rapidly increasing demand. So it’s the inevitable trend of enterprise production safety management by using the enterprise’s safety informational management for centralized control and execution, in order to improve the efficiency of security management.In this paper, it’s the base of the safety management information system of petrochemical enterprise theory and project management theory to analysis and manage the key points in each stage of the implementation of safety management system in petrochemical enterprises. It’s the way to use various stages of implementation scope management, project schedule management, cost management and quality management methods and tools for the safety management information system of petrochemical enterprise to describe and analysis the safety management information system of petrochemical enterprise theory and project management theory. In the paper, it gives some corresponding suggestions and countermeasures in each stage of the implementation of safety management system in petrochemical enterprises and describes the implementation of process management by using the safety management information system of the company as the background. Finally, it’s the conclusion of the paper and prospects.
