At present, domestic greenhouse management mainly lacks effectiveinformationization method, which made monitoring environment of crops growing ingreenhouse highly dependent on human experience. And thus the accuracy and reliabilityremain to be improved. Meanwhile the successful experience from planting is difficult tobe summarized and applied. Improving the automatic detection and control or intelligentmanagement level of greenhouse environmental conditions is beneficial to achieving highquality and high-yielding crops and further obtaining considerable economic and socialvalues. Therefore investigating related technologies and developing an intelligentenvironmental monitoring and control system of greenhouse has great practicalsignificance.Having investigated technology and analyzed some existent programs, we build agreenhouse environment intelligent measurement and control system based on the wirelesscommunication technology of ZigBee and provide a valid reference for the environmentalregulation of crop growth with fuzzy evaluation method.The article determines the content of the research through the analysis of domesticand abroad research situation, then briefly introduces wireless sensor technology of ZigBeeand fuzzy mathematical theory, and finally proposes the overall design scheme ofgreenhouse intelligent measurement and control system, and hardware selection. Thehardware of the system includes the terminal, router nodes, the coordinator node, the PCcontrol center and GSM module. The software part collects environmental parameters liketemperature and humidity, light intensity on the scene with terminal or router nodes. Aswell as data exchange between router nodes and coordination nodes by ZigBee wirelessnetwork. Finally the processed data is uploaded to the PC or sent to the user’s mobilethrough GSM module by the coordinator node. In addition, the software Realizesdisplaying real-time data, inquiring historical data, alerting while environmentalparameters beyond the preset value, and controlling related electrical equipment. Focusedon the design and implementation of hardware and software by ZigBee wireless sensornetwork. We describe the equipment selection of hardware, working principle of each partof the circuit, as well as design of software flow chart in detail. Reliability and timelinessof data transmission was guaranteed, and real-time monitoring of all greenhouseenvironmental information on PC was realized through self-designed wireless datacommunication protocol. To achieve automatic adjustment and control of the greenhouse environment, the center computer has a monitoring software with friendly man-machineinterface. Therefore, managers can inquire real-time data, database systems, and setvarious parameters or issued control commands easily. Furthermore, we explore whethertemperature inside the greenhouse is suitable for each growth cycle of cucumber with theexample of growing cucumber in greenhouses with fuzzy evaluation method, which offersvalid reference for greenhouse temperature regulation. Also, Real-time state ofenvironment in the greenhouse can be monitored and managed through a mobile.In sum, through the system tests, the design of the system proves to be stable, highlyreliable and real-time.
