With the rapid development of the Semantic Web, the number of ontologies is increasing. Ontology heterogeneous hinders the ontology reuse and sharing, however, the most effective way to solve Ontology heterogeneous is ontology mapping technology. Therefore, the thesis focuses on these issues.Firstly, the thesis introduces the research background, mainly including the Semantic Web, ontology, ontology mapping and partial ontology mapping system. Then analyze and summarize the future direction of development of the ontology mapping technology.Secondly, with reference to the existed mapping system, the thesis presents the design framework of self-adaptive multi-strategy mapping system (SAMS), then, shows a brief description of the main function module and the data stream of the system diagram.Thirdly, the thesis gives a detailed introduction of core technology of the SAMS system. Mapping technique used in this thesis is based on the concept, considering the concept of semantic information preferentially, and utilizing the concept of tags, attributes, instances, structural information reasonably and fully. Use different improved mapping technology on different parts of the concept and select the appropriate combination of mapping technology according to the number of characteristics of the ontology information, Meanwhile, propose a reasonable suggestion of weights assigned of multi-strategy combination mapping. Finally, the thesis gives a partial implementation of the SAMS mapping system. Then, according to OAEI evaluation method, do experimental comparison between the SAMS mapping system and partial mapping system. Experimental results show that the SAMS mapping systems can complete the task brilliantly. nine charts, seven tables, sixty references.
