The Research And Application Of Mobile ERP Technology Orienting To E-Commerce

In recent years, with the continuous and rapid development of online trading, E-Commerce has got an unprecedented increase. Facing of dramatically fierce market competition, the E-Commerce suppliers’speed of handling of orders has directly affected the economic efficiency of enterprises. However, due to the traditional softwares’dependence on computer and network, they can’t be available anytime and anywhere. In most cases, the orders are always handled by several people. The following procedures must be terminated and the efficiency will be severely affected because of the absence of somebody. For that reason, the mobile ERP has been put on the agenda.The mobile ERP has three advantages over the traditional ERP. First of all, because the mobile ERP can be available everywhere, the mobile network becomes the carrier of it. Then, the characters that we can take it wherever you want also contribute to the development of the mobile ERP. Ultimately, with the popularity of the third generation technology and the increase of the mobile network bandwidth, the mobile ERP can also provide the experience which the traditional ERP provides.In the mobile ERP, we introduce three kinds of new technology which are not included in the traditional ERP. Firstly, we adopt the LBS location service and microblog marketing. The combination of them not only improves the product sales, but also saves the costs of marketing. Secondly, the PUSH technology is introduced to the mobile ERP system. We adopt an improved Apriori algorithm which is more efficient than the Apriori algorithm. Thereby, we can analyse a large number of consumers’orders and perform targeted marketing. Thirdly, we integrate the instant message software based on XMPP protocol. It makes the communication between different departments convenient. Thus, the efficiency of the enterprise is improved.After the overall design of the system, the thesis presents us an improved Apriori algorithm. Compared with the Apriori algorithm, the improved one greatly reduces the number of database scanning and the number of candidate itemsets. Morever, the mining procedures of association rules in the M-ERP System are presented to us. Then, on the basis of the authorization and authentication of Sina microblog, we encapsulate the sina microblog API interfaces again and implement them.Finally, we show the design of instant message functions based on XMPP protocol as well as partial implementation.
