Tax Assess System For Small Business

With the vigorous development of taxation informationization, tax assessment has become one of the most important methods for the management of effective tax resources while the small business tax assessment is still at its initial stage. This paper describes the developement of a small business tax assessment system for practical taxation management, based on the careful analyzation of the requirement for the small business tax assessment and combination of popular J2EE three-levelled developing technology.This paper firstly presents the theory of tax assessment and the experience of small business tax assessment. Secondly it introduces J2EE, BEA Weblogic and the reason of using it as the development platform.Thirdly it uses the UML to analyse the system requirements in detail and designs the system in Presentation Layer,Application Layer and Data Layer. Finally it summaries the advantages and shortages of this sysem and prospects the future work.
