Current with the world economic integration process to speed up and advances in science and technology,different national companies㎝ through information tools to improve the competitiveness with varying degree,the management model of enterprises and various organizations great changes have taken place.efficiency,knowledge and network completely changed the rules of competition,enterprise,competition between organizations and even countries have been from the past competition of quality, price and management as the center into a customer-centric competition.customer relationship management is proposed in this ideology as a concept,however,implementation of customer relationship management can not do without the support of technology,data mining technology as a comprehensive and multidisciplinary research area, it can processing vast amounts of business customer data efficiently and accurately, it can aslo help decision makers make marketing strategy timely and accurately.therefore, data mining is the essential technical means at the process of CRM application,how to use data mining to help companies implement CRM successfully has become the hot domestic research.This paper through a combination of theory and practical way to start .at first read a lot theoretical literature about customer relationship management and data mining,analysis of the core ideas of customer relationship management and data mining techniques applied to which aspects of CRM.constructed a new architecture of CRM based on data mining.as the prototype of the NJ branch of Jiangsu Mobile,analysis the feasibility and needs points of the CRM implementation through investigation.on this basis, according to the related concept of software engineering, design the customer relationship management system about mobile communications industry,Sub-module for each major function to be made to achieve detailed of the system and constructed database of this system.finally,detailed analysis the loss of the module of the customer system as a instance.it's hope that through this study can play a reference for implemented CRM application in the mobile communications industry.I believe that the transformation of customer relationship management concept with companies and the support of data mining technology and information technology .CRM will play a decisive role in the process of enterprise development .it aslo can become a weapon to improve the core competitiveness of enterprises,make enterprises in the fierce market competition in an invincible position.
