With the strong momentum of development of global information, economicintegration, elementary topography is playing an increasingly important role in nationalsecurity, social economic development, national information construction, emergencydisposal and the sustainable development of society. Topography informationtechnology is being formed rapidly; elementary topography is being transformed fromproducing type to service type. Because of the confidentiality of topography itself,traditional documentation method is still being used, which is not able to meet the needsof situation. Hence, a centralized producing process management system which canrapidly handle producing procedures is necessary to topography organizations.This system was mainly based on the particular productive model of thisorganization. After broadly investigating and analyzing on the productive process oftopography, a productive management information system according with the particularrules of the productive process of this organization was developed. This system consistsof4function modules. The most important among them are the management modulesof each link of topography producing, and the mobile SMS notification function within.This thesis detailed the requirement analysis, main features, database and functionalitydesigns and implementations. Firstly, the background and the trend of topography, thecurrent status of the domains involved to develop this system were described; secondly,the use cases of this system, the designs of the main features of the system, the designsof databases, the details of the implementation of mobile SMS notification feature andthe management module of each producing link of topography, the detailedimplementation of some auxiliary features were described; then2use cases wereattentively tested; at the end of this thesis, were the summery and the future vision ofthe researching work of this system.During the development of this system, the B/S software infrastructure wasselected based on the careful comparison between various development infrastructuresand environments. To satisfy the requirement of rapid deployment and ease of use,ASP.NET technique was used to develop, and Microsoft SQL Server2008was used asdatabase management system. After elementary test, this system was proven to satisfythe productive process management of this organization.
