Research And Develop Exquisits Courses Management Platform For Jiujiang Vocational University

With the relative maturity of Internet Technology and widely used of NetworkTechnology as well as the development of modern educational technology, massive WebApplications are widely applied to the campus, and one case is the exquisite coursemanagement platform. Early course websites had many problems, such as slow dateupdate, poor interaction, inconvenient maintenance and unsafety. In order to improvethe teaching quality and achieve the optimal sharing of teaching resources, it is possibleto establish a robust, efficient and safy exquisite course management platform with therise of RIA (Rich Internet Application), which is also an important symbol to assess thelevel of a school.This thesis emphasises introducing the architecture of the RIA into the design ofthe course management platform, which is focused on the function construction andimplementation of RIA system.The thesis first introduces the development and currentstatus of RIA, which concludes three major RIA technologies---Ajax, Flex andSilverlight. According to the function features of course management platform, choosesthe Flex technology to match it. This platform uses the B/S architecture, the database isMySQL, the backend server is Apache, the use of AMFPHP Flex technology can affortthe front flex and back PHP technology for data exchange.Based on software engineering theory, this thesis elaborates the development ofexquisite course management platform, analysis to the demand,, system design, detaileddesign and implementation of system function module, MySQL database requirementsanalysis, design implementation and testing of platform function module.This exquisitecourse management platform includes five sub-modules: respective home managementmodule, curriculum reporting module, curriculum production module, online learningmodule and platform management module.Through the design and implementation of these five function modules, it ispossible for non-computer professional teachers to plan, construct and accomplish theirown style courses independently. When they put this kind of courses into the network,just like the teacher’s predictions,which can assist students to learn after class.
