With the rapid development of radio frequency identification (RFID) technology, theamount of information in the library is growing and expanding range of readers, theapplication of RFID technology in the library is an inevitable trend. The existing RFID librarymanagement system only completed transaction management in general can not be found tothe data intrinsically linked and the potential of the knowledge. In this dissertation, for theRFID data mining method is designed and implemented a library management system basedon RFID technology, to provide timely and effective decision support for librarymanagement.Processing of the RFID library data warehouse set, use the algorithm to build RFIDmultidimensional data structures and build path tree algorithm, the structure of the RFID datawarehouse. Using RFID multidimensional frequent path mining the Dim-path and Path-dimalgorithm, RFID library data in different minimum support threshold, different dimensions,different scales, different dimension density do these two algorithms running time. Createdusing SQL Server database table structure of the self-help book by module, books rackmodules and the borrowing information analysis module detailed design and implementationof multidimensional frequent paths using RFID library data mining algorithms for datamining. The experiments show that the the Dim-Path algorithm and Path-Dim algorithm caneffectively RFID multidimensional frequent path mining, statistics of the different types ofreaders to borrow books. Reasonable distribution of books, and procurement through theimplementation of the RFID library management system in data mining, trend analysis, anddecision support for library management.
