Taking Lanmeng Corporation as an example, this paper aims to explain the design andimplementation of funds central management system of large enterprise groups in China fromthe group level.With the support of Internet and the utilization of stable platform system and maturedatabase system and by making the best of the existing administration structure settings andreferring to scientific achievements of others, the system has realized the recording,management, analyzing and summarizing of the whole funds and electronization of cashequivalent in all the subsidiary and branch companies as well as secondary units of LanmengCorporation, therefore giving technical supports for the central management and goodsupervision for the corporation so as to realize its large-scale loan-raising.Combining practice and theory, the system is good for optimizing the financial demandsand improving the enterprise’s financial amount and bank line of credit so as to cut down onthe company’s precipitation funds and financial expanses, and to prevent financial risks whileincreasing the avenues. Based on the system’s development process, the paper explains thenecessity and foundation and effectiveness of the exploitation of this system in details.Currently, the macroeconomic environment is not quite optimistic, at the same time, with thedevelopment of large enterprises, their business have increased and distribution broaden,which exserted new requirements and challenges to the company’s funds management.Therefore, how to cope with those challenges and guarantee capital security in order toimprove the efficiency of capital utilization and reduce its financial costs and opportunitycosts, and finally provide the company with strong protection becomes the core question thatlarge enterprises should consider and pay great attention to.By using Oracle database and C/S and B/S structure and computer techniques, thesystem can meet the company’s existing needs and leave space for the new coming needs.This paper introduces the design and implementation process in details.
