Design And Implementation Of MIS About Student

In this thesis, the TVCME faced to the problems which rapid development and students scale expanding unceasingly, namely:each class was appointed a full-time counselors to improve the quality of the management of the students. The class management scope involved attendance management, dormitory management, bring up party members, poor management and so on, but the current information systems were focus on the one aspect, the instructor work was negative to student’s management. It’s necessary to make the construction of counselors, teachers and students oriented management information system to realize the fine management of student.Based on the demand of the college student management, thesis analyzed the situation of software and hardware in details. This thesis made comprehensive consideration about the management team needed for each department on the basis of the detail demand for this system. In system design phase, it designed the system structure, architecture and deployment network structure, focus on the system’s function module structure and database structure design and made full use of the sequence diagram, activity diagram for system design. During the development phase, it had carried on the detailed coding, designed the detailed system test cases, and tested the function of the system performance.The system mainly realized the students’ basic information and information release management and developed the poor students, special student and activity management. On the basis of the above, it also developed the party members, dormitory and attendance management for the counselors. By building student information management system base on B/S structure, it achieved full of student information management for the grassroots workers, got rid of the status quo that the original information of students charged by the teacher and the counselor separately and eliminated information management chaos cause of student management personnel frequent relocation. This system was Convenient for the general teachers to fully grasp the dynamic information of the students in time, improved the work of student management and increased the information link between instructors and students, which promoted the accuracy of student management and reduced the working error. The students-related Information and educational system synchronous updated students list and information, which simplified the working process. This system unified the data management and storage, realized the data sharing and specified the process of the management of the students.
