This system is developed for grain reserves companies to implement the unified management of business and funds resource, in order to reduce risks and raise operating efficiency. Capital flow, logistics flow and human resource flow are managed and integrated into platform information flow in this system, which is designed and developed with the grain trading capital flow laws while directed by business process, resource sharing and enterprise management mode. In this way, grain companies can collect some information such as grain trade, capital flow, client resource, grain storage, payment recovery, and control key link in grain trading conveniently. Furthermore, grain companies can allocate resources efficiently and evaluate client credit rating to reduce trading risk and control capital risk. This system integrates management process into business process, and implements full process management of grain trade contains pre-trade risk warning, trading control and post-trade recording.The author researches grain trading business process and funding risk control theory in grain trading and management activities, and implements the information platform for high performance management aimed at business process and funding risk, in order to resolve the intricacy management, low-efficiency problem and bad debt problem. The author has learned custom requirement adequately, participates in system design and development work, while advocates that constructing this management system based on OOP technology and proper software engineering management theory.At first, development background, research situation home and abroad, and problems should be resolved in this system are elaborated; secondly, the author plans for the system modules according to custom requirement, gives use case diagrams and process diagrams of this system, and descript module functions, key design briefly. This system are developed based on the Loushang3.0framework (one kind of JavaEE framework), all system modules are designed under the UML specification, and described using UML diagrams such as class diagram and sequence diagram; then, the author elaborates the implementation of every function module, including code specification and code execution efficiency. At last, the author summarizes this article.
