In this paper, through investigating and analyzing software engineering based on software engineering system theory, the author utilizes the thoughts and methods of system engineering to induce from the objects involved in software engineering ten key elements which form a model structure of software engineering system. The paper also gives the digraphs of the model structure and the description of matrix and analyzes each element and their mutual relations in such structure.This paper, in resort to this model structure, investigates software engineering process and discusses the general procedure in the process; analyzes risk identification, evaluation and calculation methods and proposes the risk matrix and its calculation formula; analyzes evaluation methods of software cost and proposes the product cost matrix and the calculation formula. |
