Human resources management is a business or organization, according to their own development strategies, and reasonable for the organization’s human resource management and configuration, through a series of management processes, such as:the recruitment, use, training, evaluation and incentive to fully mobilize staff positive initiative, develop their potential, creating the company’s core values, and thus bring to the enterprise or organization corresponding economic benefits.With the continuous social development, Olympus Co.Ltd’s (China) organizational structure and management style adjust constantly, their requirements for information management system change gradually, so the information systems needed to be adjusted to fit the requirements of enterprise development. But traditional methods of software architecture is relatively stiff, in the face of new requirements, in particular, the demand of integrating with other business systems, it is unable to effectively make the corresponding adjustments in timely, so traditional methods of software architecture is no longer suitable for enterprise development. Therefore, in building a new human resources management information system, not only to build the traditional human resource management service module, but also in the system architecture using SOA (Service Oriented Architecture, Service Oriented Architecture) design ideas, making the company the information sector through a combination of software resources within the organization and outside the network member services form a composite application solutions.This system built using J2EE technologies, and adopting the current popular SSH (Struts, Hibernate and spring) the framework. In this framework, Struts is responsible for the user interface layer, Hibernate and Spring are responsible for implementing business logic layer and persistence layer, achieving separation of show logic from the business logic, show the logic is used in the interface layer for providing the user interface logic, business logic processing mainly is completed in the business-logic layer. Systems uses open source Tomcat as the application server, use Oracle11g database and Windows7Server operating system.Olympus Co., the biggest feature is the HR system, in addition to helping companies develop customized human resource development strategy, it also realized the system functions optimized. From the perspective of human resource development strategy, the system has the talent recruitment and selection, training, performance appraisal management, remuneration management, mobility management, labor relations management, and safety and health management capabilities, they have basically covered the human resources management in all its aspects. The so-called system optimization, mainly refers to the system to the core HR system business logic of a unified package, and published as a Web Service interface for easy call other business systems, is conducive to integration between systems. The system itself also reflects a very important management philosophy, to achieve the basic information management, logical information management, application management, data maintenance and statistical management.This paper introduces in detail the system requirement analysis, function design, implementation and testing process, including analysis, detailed design, database design, module development and the system deployment. The System not only achieves the integrated management of human resources, but also for the future development trend of enterprise information, a lot of business logic is encapsulated in order. For systems breaking "islands of information" integration laid the foundations. Olympus Ltd HR system deployment on the line, the enterprise itself is a symbolic significance, not only human resource management into the information management system, reducing the cost of human resources management to enhance the quality of management and administration efficiency and better human resources into full play the role in the enterprise, for the enterprise quickly and efficiently to provide technical support and personnel security.
