Spam messages is a major problem in operators and ordinary users in recent years, and now have been gotten more and more attention of the society in different aspects.We designs a monitoring system to treat with spam messages in network.The system uses a signaling monitoring system for communication network data collection and processing. Through the protocol analyzer for extracting signal decoding analysis the information such as user number and message content submitted for spam filtering system. Through the protocol analyzer for extracting signal decoding analysis the information such as user number and message content submitted for spam filtering system, and combined with specific restrictive conditions of sending process, this paper conduct an in-depth research to the key technologies of the content of spam messages and spam messages sent by the user identification and the identification in the two questions.The work completed includes:1. The plan has proposed in the paper that using the signaling system to collect turn short messages signaling of mobile switch sent to the front of the messages center. Signaling monitoring system is a bypass system, so don’t need to do any modification of the webmaster equipment, and can real-time analysis processing messages signaling data. Because The messages signal contains abundant information, number of user,information of login exchange attribution center of message and content of message, so it can provides data to support the upper filtering system of spam messages.2. The unified filtering model of spam messages. The paper proposes a filtering model that can solve a variety of sending message——unified filtering model of spam messages. This model not only consider the specific features of message in different sender, but also as far as possible to use the existing messages stop mechanism for the message and message of user. Using this Model can effectively filter the various types of spam messages and reduce the cost.3. Spam monitoring intercept methodThis paper use BOSS system and customer service center for real-time monitoring and intercepting of the spam messages. The suspected spam messages which are identified by the message spam filtering model will be sent to customer service center. Using the method of artificial at customer service center audit, if it is identified as spam messages, it will stop the user’s messaging functions who send spam messages by BOSS system in HLR. Through message spam filtering model identifying user to send spam messages, it will stop the user’s messaging functions who send spam messages by real-time interface directly to BOSS system in HLR. Then, artificial seating will check it by the customer service center.In this paper, monitoring of spam messages interception include signaling monitoring system platform, message spam filtering system, BOSS system and customer service center of artificial Chairman. Among the four systems, the signaling message monitoring system provide the message data of the necessary analysis, the expert system is used to monitor, judge, distribute, BOSS is used to execute interceptor operations, customer service center provide a WEB interface and artificial chairman conduct artificial audit. The platform has a good real-time performance, accuracy and extensibility.
