The Desing And The Implementation Of The System Of School-Attending In I-Campus

With the improvement of national educational informationzation, the construction of EIS (Education Information System) has been conducted in many provinces. As one of the key project of Inner Mongolia Telecommunication educational Informationzation project, the school-attending system in elementary and middle schools, the goal is to set an example in educational information system with unique feature to fit into the future developing trend. The system will provide school teachers and parents with school-attendance service platform with the help of the Broad band, mobile communication net, education information platform of China Telecom Inner Mongolia Branch. The realization of school attendance record could be achieved by text message via terminal data collection, uploading and analysis to form a systemized school-attending data. The system will solve the problems of difficult operation, interpersonal interference, bottleneck of peak leaving, to provide a strong guarantee for the safe management of school student attendance and supervision of both teachers and parents. The article sets up a solution for students attendance management based on the theoretical study of TCP/IP and WebService, to meet the need of attendance, combining the systematic framework, data collection, data analysis, system security, congestion control and realize a practical test and suggestion on optimization. The system is based on B/S model, Java Program Language and Oracle data base. Currently, the system is highly recommended and with wide use.
