With the development of the microgrid, the microgrid begin toimplement micro power grid with large power grid connected to the grid,the structure of the system and load types will be increasinglycomplicated, power quality problems will arise. In order to solve theexisting in the harmonic and reactive power compensation and so on,thispaper design a multi-function suitable for micro power grid parallelhybrid active filter, the device can realize the reactive powercompensation and harmonic governance, at the same time the function ofthe grid-connected power generation. Due to the device’s overall topologystructure and electrical parameters of synthesis design will directly affectthe operation. Therefore, this article focuses on the design and selectionof electrical parameter and topology.In-depth study of typical distributed power grid system and thetraditional HAPF APF topology structure and working principle,and fromthe control, circuit topology structure and working principle of thesimilarities of the two. Based on this, this paper presents a multi-functionHAPF device circuit topology design scheme of micro grid. According tothe device, in the case of different work modes, respectively, set up thecorresponding equivalent circuit model, and analyzes working principlein detail, including harmonic suppression,grid-connected powergeneration and reactive power compensation principle.For passive filter composite indicator that exist in the traditionaldesign method of electrical parameters to consider issues such asunreasonable, not comprehensive, based on the traditional study ofparticle swarm optimization (pso), finally put forward a kind of multipleisland particle swarm algorithm based on dynamic random weighting ofPPF multi-objective optimization design method, and completemulti-functional HAPF PPF parameters in optimization design. Themethod on the basis of the traditional particle swarm optimization (pso)algorithm, the dynamic values of weight coefficient of inertia, based onthe initial population of the island and more algorithm are combined in the process of mutual operation, better to increase the diversity of thesolution of the multi-objective problem, improve the global convergenceof the algorithm and reduce the operation time, comprehensiveconsideration of PPF control effect, investment cost and the reactivepower compensation capacity indicators, effectively improve the effect ofthe multifunction integrated operation of HAPF.To test the multi-function HAPF topology structure and electricalparameters design is feasible and its running effect. Based onMATLAB7.1simulation model of the overall system, the device was setwith the simulation analysis of three kinds of work in research, andrelated experiments. Simulation and experimental results show that thedevice is in the effective solution of micro power grid harmonic andreactive current compensation at the same time, can realize distributedpower grid power function, has reached the requirement of one machinecan, maximum cost saving a micro grid power quality management.
