The new curriculum reform puts forward new challenges for teachers, and puts forward new requirements to teachers’ classroom teaching ability, teachers’ professional development has become one of core issues of common concern to the people, but the improve of teachers’ classroom teaching practice is one of the significant indicators of teacher’s professional development,so teachers’ professional development needs to precise analysis and diagnosis the teachers’ teaching behavior.Flanders interaction analysis system (FIAS) is a very professional language classroom teaching behavior analysis method, represented by it, a group of quantitative analysis of classroom teaching methods used in the current curriculum reform in our country play an important role in teachers’ professional development. But using the analysis method in the traditional way by researchers has two drawbacks:one is the coding way by paper and pen makes the observer hurry-scurry, second is the formation of the matrix and the calculation of the ratio are very complicated. Therefore some researchers have developed special software according to Flanders interaction analysis system, but there are different levels of problems in some areas:such as the separation of collecting and analyzing coded data, providing no improvement Suggestions bout teachers’ teaching behavior according to the analysis results, so the main content of this paper is to study how to develop a kind of carrier of the video as a gift evaluation of classroom teaching to assist teachers to carry on the analysis and diagnosis of language classroom teaching behavior analysis system based on web.The author was aware of the research status of analysis method of teaching language behavior and some problems about existing Classroom teaching language behavior analysis software, the author designed a classroom teaching language behavior analysis platform that includes the video upload, language behavior coding, data analysis and diagnosis report, based on the function design, the author used Visual Studio2010platform, C#language. NET, SQL server2005database to development that platform, and debug it. the platform based on Web has realized the encoded data collection and analysis, and provide Suggestions to improve teachers’ teaching behavior raccording to the result of the analysis.This platform is the online code, online analysis, on-line output, providing improvement suggestions for teacher’s teaching behavior, so as to promote teachers and researchers to use Flanders interaction analysis method to accurately analyse and diagnose classroom teaching, so as to adjuste teaching strategies, promote the ability of the teachers’ teaching practice, and promote teachers’ professional growthThis paper is consisted of six parts. The first part is the introduction. It mainly introduces the research background, the purpose and significance of the research, the research contents, the research methods and ideas, the related concepts; The second part is about the research current situation, Through literature analysis and the use of the existing classroom interaction analysis software, the author understand the research current situation of teaching language behavior analysis method and the current situation of Classroom teaching language behavior analysis software, through literature analysis and the use of the existing Classroom teaching language behavior analysis software; The third part analyses the system expected functions, Based on that, the author proposed platform framework design and the main function module design, and database design; The fourth part is the realization of the platform, Mainly introduces the system development environment as well as the realization of several functional modules and key techniques; The fifth part is the test of platform and application, Simply analysises of the test results of the system, this part also analysis the two teachers’ classroom teaching cases by using the platform, one is the intern teacher, another is a master teacher; The seventh part is mainly on the research summary and outlook of further research.
