Classroom is the main activity place of school education.The teacher-student interaction in the classroom teaching process reflects the students' participation in the class and the teacher's control of the class.It is an important part of the overall description of the digital teaching.It has an important role in improving teaching methods,improve teaching standards,and create a good teaching atmosphere.Therefore,combined with the computer vision technology,audio recognition technology and teaching evaluation principles,the teacher-student interaction in the teaching process is measured to form an objective evaluation and feedback for the teacher's classroom teaching interaction,which is of great value for improving classroom teaching quality.This paper studies the instruction recognition,student response behavior recognition algorithms,and the design and implementation of related systems under classroom teaching scenarios.The main contribution of the dissertation is to design and implement a classroom teacher-student interaction behavior analysis system.This article uses the recorder to collect the audio in classroom.Besides,this paper implemented the recognition of the teacher's instruction.Kinect sensor was used to collect the somatosensory information data of the students,and a comprehensive feature description vector based on human upper body skeleton coordinates,movement speed,and head deflection angle was proposed.The improved DTW similarity matching method was used to identify student response behavior.In the end,a teacher-student interaction behavior analysis system integrating data acquisition,data identification and analysis,and data display was implemented,and the system was used to compare the actual teaching effects.The experimental results show that the system framework proposed in this paper works well.The behavior identification scheme can well identify the student's response behavior.Besides we can improve the detection results through enriching the template library.At the same time,this paper puts forward the basic indicators of classroom interaction assessment.Experiments show that this system has certain reference value for classroom teaching evaluation and teacher teaching level evaluation.
