The faster and faster development of the technology led to the dramaticgrowth for sensing technology. The WSN synthesizes advanced technologies likethe wireless communications and modern networks. And widely used inmilitary reconnaissance, environmental monitoring, traffic management, healthcare and other commercial areas. Meanwhile it’s vulnerable to attack because ofits lack of physical protection, node calculation and limited energy storage. As aresult, Intrusion detection system, as a second line of defense in network security,has become a key technology to solve the security of wireless sensor network.Based on the detailed analysis of the limitations of wireless sensor network,according to the characteristics of limited energy of nodes in the WSN, the paperfirstly proposed a high energy efficient adaptive clustering sensor nodesdistribution algorithm. In this way,the optional number of cluster head can beobtained based on cluster building phase data communication energyconsumption,then according to the optimal number of cluster head,divides theregion in accordance with the clustering method,and the monitoring area will bedivided evenly,finally make an election on the ground of the two parameters, thenode residual energy and the intra cluster communication cost,then the nodecontinues to collect monitoring data,sending back to the cluster head node fornecessary fused,and then transmitted to the base station,which can reduce thecommunication traffic.After a periodic rotation, cluster heads take turns.Theexperiment verified the characteristics of high energy efficient algorithm.Traditional intrusion detection system is no longer applicable in wirelesssensor networks, artificial immune diversity, tolerance, immune memory,distributed parallel processing, self-organization, self-learning, adaptive and robust for intrusion detection in wireless sensor network, risk theory. Autologous/artificial immunology of the non self to distinguish but recognize danger signalsin the body tissues, solve the problems in the self and non-self-patterns ofintrusion detection system based on the traditional intrusion detection methods,so the study of the existing artificial immune principle, according to the risk,proposes intrusion detection algorithm of Immune Danger Theory--Distributeddendritic cell algorithm based on the node, the dendritic cells or lymph node role,and only need to run the intrusion detection system in a part of the node,experimental results show, the algorithm saves energy, prolongs the life of thenodes, and shows the superiority in terms of detection performance.
