Time-delay, nonlinearity, uncertainty and interference are importantfactors in production and our life, which are ubiquitous and can not beavoidable. And which can also lead to system instability, or make theperformance of the system become worse, sometimes may cause seriouseconomic losses,so it is very necessary to try to eliminate the adverse effectscaused by these factors,and there is also important practical application valueto research the factors.T-S fuzzy modeling method,which is very effective forthe nonlinear system to transform into local linear system.And which can makethe study of nonlinear systems more easy.Based on the T-S fuzzy model,theuncertain nonlinear systems with both state delay and input delay were studied.In the article,firstly,for the uncertain nonlinear systems with both statedelay and input delay,the nonlinear fuzzy model is established,based on theT-S fuzzy model,and the Lyapunov stability theorem,combined with relatednonlinear theory,the uncertain nonlinear systems,which with state delay andinput delay,were improved to be stable.Secondly,the paper based on thecharacteristics of the solvability of linear matrix inequality (LMI),was deducedto system asymptotically stable state feedback control law, the simulationresults which were got from taking actual data into the system,showed that thismethod was effective.Finally,in order to verify the robustness of uncertain nonlinear systemswith double time delay. On the basis of the above study, it added theinterference to the system,based on the local linear T-S fuzzy model,thesufficient conditions for the robust stability of the closed-loop system graduallywere deduced,and in accordance with the sufficient condition of robustH∞control performance index; then combined with linear matrix inequality(LMI), in the paper, the state feedback controller, which meet the performance index of the H∞control,was designed.And the simulation resultsshowed that,the uncertain nonlinear systems with state delay with input delaywere robust....
