The article considers a class of nonlinear uncertain time-delay systems to basic model, and then discusses single time-delay systems and mutiny time-delay systems. Considering whether the state measurable or not, the article presents approaches to Robust H∞ controller design or observer-based Robust H∞ controller for these systems based on LMI. Get the LMI by using Lyapunov stability theory, and get the controller which can promise not only the Robust stability but also the Robust H∞ capability of the closed-loop system by solving the LMI.
