With the developing of computer network technology and information technology, thehuman society has entered the era of information and network economy, which precipitated anew type of trading activity: Electronic Commerce.In recent years, e-commerce has been the rapiddevelopment of the industry with the vigorous development of electronic commerce, onlinetrading has become more frequent, online trading has become a more popular consumer type,platform, online transactions have mushroomed emerge, Tmall,Taobao,Jingdong is at theforefront of the wave. Due to the continuous development of online transactions and thereforegenerated vast amounts of data, how to extract data from these vast amounts of date which attracttheir concerns are becoming more and more important. In this paper, a new method is proposedwhich focus on online analysis of the proposed transaction data in this context, and thus designedthis data mining and analysis system for online transactions.In the preparation stage of the paper, by reading a lot of literature on the status of the dataextraction and analysis of the structure of web page，we have a preliminary understandingabout this. This article describes the background and significance of the paper carried anelaboration. And through actual visits to determine the functional requirements of the system,and non-functional requirements, performance requirements and the system is operatingenvironment constraints limit.On the basis of the needs analysis and detailed the design of details on the system. We madethe following design.Structurally, the system uses the B/S pattern of development, using thetraditional three-tier model, including user interaction layer, logic layer and data layer to achievea better three-part low coupling and high cohesion characteristics; Functionally, the main designof the two modules, data collection and data analysis module, and a data acquisition moduleintroduces focus; In the database, use the ORACLE database, through the demand for databaseanalysis to determine the ER chart, and to determine the structure of the table according to thechart.By functional development of the system, we achieve the required needs functions andsuccessfully collected data online transactions, then the collected data were processed analysis.After testing analysis, the system is running well, you can put to use.
