Along with the developments of social economy and technological, the application ofcomputer technology has become more and more common in society. Especially in theenterprises, an increasing number of business activities begin to be done automatically by thecomputer. In this way, not only the management of the enterprises and employee businessactivities is facilitated, but also a lot of information resources for the corporate decision makers,which may improve the efficiency and reduce operating costs of enterprises are provided.However, various kinds of problems came out in the progress of information technologydevelopment, such as the information data transferring difficulty caused by different informationmanagement system within corporation departments, and low utilization ratio of the raw dada inusing the enterprise information system, which caused the waste of information resources.Jinan Wanquan Information Services Ltd is a company engaged in IT product sales andservices. As enterprise scale enlarges, the original sales management of combining manual andoffice software is no longer suitable for business management. Therefore, a new salesmanagement system for shaping up management and regulating employee business activities isin desperate need.Taking sales management system design and implementation of JinanWanquan Information Services Ltd as study background, this paper designed and developed asales management system suitable for enterprise. The main contents are as follows:(1) Analyzed the application and development of domestic and foreign salesmanagement system based on a large amount of literatures in the relevant field. Referenceto other companies’ lessons in sales management system construction, countering the problemsin information exchange difficulty and information resources waste in the process of enterpriseinformation, this paper adopted the information resource planning and clustering analysistechnology, and introduced in detail the two technologies.(2) Researched and analyzed the sales management business in WanquanInformation Services Ltd in close collaboration with the company’s leadership and staffunder the guidance of information engineering ideology and information resource planningtechnology. The sales management business is divided into seven functional domains, and thebusiness activities of each functional domain and data flow was analyzed in detail. Based ondemand analysis, this paper established the data model, functional model and architecture modelof the sales management system.(3) Established the customer clustering analysis model to improve the method ofdividing customer group simply by sales amount. The model chosen fuzzy clustering analysismethod to analyze customer-related data, realizing the intelligent classification of customergroup. Policymakers can develop appropriate marketing strategies according to the characteristics of customer groups divided, thereby increasing the efficiency and level ofdecision-making(4) Used B/S architecture and FlowPortal.NET development platform to achieve variousfunctions of the sales management system based on system modeling, the system has achievedgood results in practical applications.
