Design And Implementation Of Office Automation System For Provincial Cultural Enterprise

With the development of science and technology, people is always trying to find the best ways to solve problems, Office automation is one of the best ways has been showed out, for its long development. Officer workers depend on the real situation, with advanced office equipment, office activities to achieve scientific, automation, and its purpose is to automate office processing operations, maximize office efficiency, improving the quality of office, improve the office environment and conditions, decision support, reduce or avoid the drawbacks of the various errors and shorten the processing period of office, and scientific management methods, with the help of advanced technology to improve the scientific level of management and decision making.Papers on J2EE and OA system have been a lot of study and research, design and completion of J2EE-based office automation system of provincial culture. In this thesis, completed a major provincial cultural office automation systems analysis and design, database design, document management design, approval process design, personal office, human resources management, design, and then completed personal office functionality through an instance of office automation, document management, human resource management functions and file management functions. Finally, system testing, performance testing, including testing of each module and system, fully reflects the feasibility and importance of the J2EE platform electronic office systems, greatly improve the efficiency of corporate office. The system has the following characteristics:1) The reliability of the process has been greatly improved. Process definition and execution stages in this article through the workflow technology ensure the correctness of the design process, the higher and the reliability of the process.2) The process can be dynamically modified. Dynamically modify the support process definition and implementation stages of the process, can always be redefined in order to achieve improved system flexibility. 3) Process reusability. In this article, business processes, packaged as a recursive definition of services of business processes to achieve process reusability of object-oriented approach.4) Portability. The system uses the Java language to write cross-platform process, according to the definition of the BPEL standard, so that the process can run standard BPEL engines, systems and processes can be transplanted.
