OA(office automation)system of DL company.is designed to manage company-wide reportation resources,office management modernization,transmission network,which makes full use of the company's internal local area network to build high-quality,high-efficiency OA management system for the Ministry of room and provides workshop services.Compared with traditional office mode,it has many advantages,such as cost saving,shared information,real-time monitoring and improving work efficiency.On the premise of fully investigating the application of OA system at home and abroad and the needs of companies,this paper designs and develops a OA office management system suitable for the machinery manufacturing industry.Details are as follows.Based on the traditional OA Management System,specific business units demand and depth research,we conceived the overall structure and expected function of OA management system of DL company,and the feasibility of system development is demonstrated from three aspects,such as technical,economic and operation.The OA management system is divided into seven modules,through the operation of each module can complete all the work flow.On the basis of the needs analysis,for functional module of OA management system,we put forward specific design ideas and functional processes,and introduced in detail to the OA system's architecture database storage and various functions(personal office page,department office page,document management page,public information page,history file page),all this provided support for the successful development of the system.The OA system select systematic the J2EE as the system architecture,SQL Server as the database memory,JSP as a development language to achieve the development of OA Management System.Finally,for the DL company's business processes and functional testing module and other aspects,OA management system has been tested in detail,such as mail send official document draft document reading and download historical information,etc.Through line verification OA management system,the management efficiency can be effectively improved,which ease of integration and sharing the reportation resources of the basic units.Company management can not only manage accurately the daily work and reportation,but also be able to find quickly and easily the relevant share reportation.At the end of this paper,the development and application of this OA system are summarized and prospected,and it is concluded that this OA system still has low efficiency of single processing information resources in the form of association processing between roles,which needs to be improved in the future work.
