| With the rapid development of China’s economy, especially in urban areas, the taxi has become an integral part of the city transport by providing convenient and flexibility. Taxi ownership has also experienced substantial growth, despite control policies in the domestic taxi industry, but the annual increase in the number of taxi is still very large. How to effectively manage this large group, offering comfort and safety to every vehicle has become a serious issue. To effectively solve this problem, we had to abandon the traditional paper-based management system.In order to develop information management systems to replace paper-based system, we look at improving the development cycle by selecting a specific programming language and development process. After doing project related performance analysis, operation analysis, and data collection method, to get an accurate output of the user behaviors. Ultimately we decided on using C#the development language interface to demonstrate, the user behavior response, using the traditional three tier model. Using ADO.NET database access layer library package at BLL to analyze the data inputted at the DAL, and then the stored data to a SQL database.This system looks at "Strait taxi" service station, mainly looking at the internal and external cleaning of the vehicle, changing of the cloth, vehicles inspection, vehicle qualification examination, driver qualification examination, and various operational processes involved each data item. The data is then stored in the database, based on user specified condition a relevant report is generated. Looking at the reports and data output provided by the system, to analysis of the various aspects and features of the process, as well as a better understanding of the user behavior at difference stages of the operation process, thereby improve the existing operational process, improve data integrity in all aspects of registration and accuracy, significantly improved the quality of service, and act as a guide for decision making. |
