Cementing is an important part of the drilling, the quality affects the future of the production and the stable production period of wells.With the recent upward trend in the number of drilling. Workload of each year there are hundreds of oilfield cementing wells, historical data, there are thous-ands of wells cementing operations history, cementing engineering data managemen-t is very important, cementing engineering data management company in the past are filled out by hand labor paper reports. Due to the cementing process has some irresistible factors, such as the environment of drilling platform is too terrible to record the data, it will make mistakes on the jobsite or in the historical data. Such data management data fill confusi-on exists, there is no uniform rules, reports easily lost, nature was badly damaged and lon-gterm management difficulties and many other disadvantages, or even make the rate of abandoned wells rise. It is necessary to strengthen and improve the cementing job details and job records. In order to facilitate expert assessment of cementing operations, and improve the environment of the analysis and make the design more reasonable in the oil field, the cementing operation needed a unified data collection system.Cementing is one of the most important part in drilling engineering. The main work is to put the casing in different sizes or steel into the wells, and then inject the cement, there are two or five times to cement in the drilling process, and the whole process can be divided in three steps, each steps will produce the large amounts of cementing data.In the production and research of cementing, technology researching and implementation effects is the most important thing. It is the inevitable development direction of the work team that improving the cementing operation data detailed degree and the ability of data-analysis, approving the competitiveness. Along with the development of cementing technology, the complication cementing data will gradually apply to the software for data-management and data-processing, which brings great convenience to the cementation, also enhances the overall level of data application, and improve the flexibility of the data for the data analysis and forecasting to make important foreshadowing.In this paper, aiming at the process of the cementing operation, I designed a data management system, and descript the design and implementation of the system. The data acquisition system Windows8 development environment using Visual Studio2010 to Microsoft office Access for the database software. The system has been basically achieved the design phase all the modules for the cementing job data collection, management, analysis, import, storage, export, and so provides a conv-enient and effective means for the cementing job data management provides a stro-ng support.Through this system, different countries, different regions, different blocks, different wells in detail categorize. To address the different types of different recording modes casing. And import and export functions designed to facilitate cementing o-perations data query and management. It met the need of geological and engineering data need. Its advantage is to show all the key parameters and data in cementing job, will make the geological and engineering factors quantitative, and help the engineering experts researching and cementing successfully.The system does not require a higher hardware configuration, the general configuration can be run. The system is fully functional, user-friendly, stable and cementing data management provides a strong support. Become engineers and cementing operations information management staff is a good helper.
