In the production process of Lens, optical turntable is usually used to realize the automatic measurement and adjustment of optical lens. Start with the practicability and technical parameter requirements of the optical turntable, this paper aims to study and design a set of AC servo motor servo control system used in optical turntable. Then the paper discusses mathematical model of PMSM, vector control principle and the working process of the PMSM AC servo system by using control strategy of the d-axis current equal to zero, completes the the hardware platform of servo control functions includes power driver board and DSP control board with the TI DSP (TMS320F2812) as the controller, and takes measures to improve the anti-jamming performance of the whole system in the PCB design at the same time. Around the PMSM vector control principle and space vector pulse width modulation method, the part of software design achieves the packages of the speed measuring module,the phase current measurement module,the sector judgment and SVPWM module, and the PID controller module by the use of C language in the CCS integrated development environment, reaching the requirements of modular programming. In each section of the software part, this paper introductes the function of modules through the program flow chart. Experiments are performed to verify the performance of the whole system, and the problems and the improved methods of the design process of the servo system on optical turntable are summarized at last.
