In this paper, laser imaging detection technology, high temperature state, the coefficient of expansion for aerospace materials for high-speed, high-precision, non-contact measurement, the measured object temperature up to3000℃. According to a large measurement range and high accuracy requirements, we design a dual laser optical path of the imaging element is measured measurement solutions. The measurement system is a set of laser technology, optics, electronics, optical sensor technology, precision machinery and other multi-disciplinary technologies in one of the non-contact measurement systems. In this paper, measure the overall structure and design analysis measurement model based on linear CCD device chosen for the optical imaging unit at the signal acquisition and processing unit, designed the front-end signal processing circuit, studied the FPGA-based signal processing to capture images and how method driven linear array. Through experiments show that a reasonable system design to achieve the purpose of target deformation measurements.
