Decentration which is widespread in the modern infrared optical system affects the system’s key parameter seriously. Such as working distance, resolution, etc. So the measurement of decentration becomes a key link in high-precision optical measurement.Research on the status at home and abroad of decentration measurement instrument. All kinds of methods of measurement decentration are compared. On the basis of introducing the principle reverse autocollimation reflection type measurement decentration, the calculation formulas of each mirror autocollimator images,location and system decentration are deduced, the design schemes of infrared lens decentration measurement system has been put forward. For the infrared optical lens, this system use CO2laser with a wavelength of10.6μm as the measurement light source of the lens decentration, infrared camera and computer are combined for the data acquisition and processing of system. Vertical guide rail and turntable are controlled full automatic, measurement decentration is optimized. The experimental analysis proves, the accuracy of the measurement decentration angle is less than2’, line is less than0.02mm, structure is stable, operation is simple. The high-precision measurement of optical lens group can be come true.
