The image is a record of the observations of the main things in the world. The image information to provide the resources to human understanding of the universe. With the ultra-clear, the video data in real time, the requirements of the large amount of data transfer, static image already unable to meet human requirements, high-speed, high-quality real-time video transmission system suddenly become the darling of video technology in hot pursuit.This thesis is based on the basic principles of communication, optical communication technology with video capture and recovery technology integration, focuses on high-speed video capture, Design and Implementation of the recovery system. Enter a three-way video signal to the system, the first complete digital processing CCD video analog electrical signals collected, the international design uses advanced H.264compression coding standard, through the CPLD control of the A/D converter chip to the analog video signal the coding processing the CPLD control multiplexing chip to complete the three-way signal multiplexing process, the multiplexed differential signals the completion of the direct modulation signal modulation process used in the FPGA, and then by the drive circuit drives the semiconductor laser emitting lasers using direct light intensity modulation of the digital video signal is transmitted out. Photodetector receiving light signals the completion of the electro-optical conversion, and demultiplexing, and finally by the CPLD complete decoding of the signal to control the D/A chip coherent demodulation, restore the original signal.Acquisition and restoration of part of the design is completed, the system, and the system modulation and testing, the test results are within the theoretical value, which also prove the feasibility of the design system, which allows for high-speed optical communication video communications.
