At present, stimulated Raman scattering (SRS) has been widely applied in the laser frequency conversion technology. On the one hand, the wide spectrum of SRS light has expanded the laser spectral range. On the other hand, SRS also performances many excellent characteristics which make it easy to get new lasers, for instance, the narrow pulse width, high conversion efficiency, good beam quality, no phase matching, and so on. Recently, the Raman Effect in optical fibers has become a hot topic for researchers. Because of higher energy density and small cross-sectional area of the laser transmitted in optical fibers, continuous high power Raman laser output could be obtained. Moreover, in pace with the successful invention of rare-earth doped double clad optical fiber, high-gain Raman optical fiber, Bragg grating and circulators, the optical fiber Raman laser has get a breakthrough on the technical.According to transmission equations of optical fiber, a mathematical model has been build in the paper, based on the theory of the coupling effect among light beams and the interaction between light and media. Numerical simulation tests have been carried out using the algorithm of fourth order Runge-Kutta, and thus, the relation between the stability of output pulses and input fundamental frequency lights of the first and second order Stokes light was determined. The mechanism of the pulse phenomenon has also been analyzed and studied in detail. The results can provide the foundations for the investigation of stable output of Raman lasers.
