Nowadays, the infomationization of enterprises has shifted from the ERP era (featured by internal resources integration) to the era of supply chain management of enterprise association. Supply chain management, short for SCM, is an integrated methodology of management. From the suppliers to the end users, it covers the whole supply process and integrates the information and programmed decision-making within it. This could significantly shorten the supply cycle and achieve the maximum profit of supply process. The manufactural enterprise is the middle of supply chain which faces to various of suppliers and dealers. Therefore, the complicated nature of business leads to the fact that building a supply chain system around a manufactural enterprise is difficult and high-cost.Hence, a supply chain system is desired by manufactural enterprises, which is featured by independency of enterprises charateristic, low technical threshold, less investment, short development cycling and manufactrual adapted. This paper starts with the supply process and requirement prediction of an enterprise, combining with work flow technique, and proposes a solution for supply chain system. The outline of solution is as following:First of all, we abstract the actual business to common characteristics of products. Based on the abstracted data, the prediction of requirements by Weighted Moving Average algorithm is calculated and the stock baseline and production plan is created. Moreover, we analyze the supply process and affirm the factors of supply chain and builds up the work flow model. Based on the jBPM engine technique, the process of supply chain is implemented. The solution enables the enterprises to create product plan with accurate requirements prediction, and accelerate supply process by work flow technique to keep low stock but smooth producing and sales. This could improve the efficiency of decision-making and competitive power and achieve the maximum of profit. In addition, the supply system is implemented with J2EE, by making use of mature middle-ware system, for example Struts2, Spring, iBATIS, which is low cost for software and hardware and can reduced the development costs and development cycle.
