With the development of Internet and the arrival of mobile-internet age,embedded application technology has become one of the fastest growingbranches of IT industry. ARM processor occupied more than three-quartersmarket of32-bit RISC microprocessor. In addition, its unique network interfacedriver technology is particularly suitable for the services terminal equipment. TheARM-based embedded operating system can easily to achieve various controlfunctions. It promotes broader application in the field of industrial space.Embedded Linux can be cured in a smaller capacity MCU system, which appliesto a specific embedded application-specific Linux operating system. The Internethas brought profound changes in the field of communications and also affects allaspects of life. Internet access is not limited to the narrowly computers, themeasurement and control equipment in industrial also have the access to theInternet.With the application of the above embedded and network technology, thispaper is aim to design a micro industrial control server that can be accessedremotely through the network. Furthermore, this server has ambient temperaturemonitoring, can be accessed through the WEB form, read the ambienttemperature and AD sampling data in real time, and accused device for remotecontrol operation.Based on the hardware platform in the core of S3C44B0, this paper has builtthe system software platform and has complied hardware device drivers usinguCLinux. It has in details described the general method for the preparation ofdevice drivers in uCLinux and the preparation process of temperature monitoring,data acquisition and network card drivers in this system. And the commongateway interface (CGI) of BOA server was programmed. The design of micro-industrial WEB server based on S3C44B0X processor and uCLinux operatingsystem-based has been finished. The test showed that the embedded server designed according to this methodcan be accessed remotely through Internet. This embedded sever can pass thecollected dynamic parameters to the client browsers in the form of web pages.The access and control to ambient temperature and device parameters based onWEB works.
