CCR (Cube-Corner Reflector) is a common optical parts and widely used to interference length measurement, CNC machine precision positioning, infrared measurement, satellite tracking and other fields. Due to mechanical polishing, the accuracy of CCR is not controlled. It is inevitable with the requirements of the dihedral angle at right angles. This deviation is unacceptable for precision measurement. Optical interference is a very effective method to measure the deviation. Its idea is that the measured quantities will be reflected on a fringe figure through optical interference and the physical quantities will be measured by the optical interference image processing.Traditional process of the optical interference image are completed by the naked eye, hand and the scale. This method is not only cumbersome, time-consuming, but also subjective. Existing large interference machine has high precision, but its price is too expensive. Interference image processing system which precision is high and price is reasonable is needed. In this article, we have design an interference image processing system based on embedded Linux to solve this problem. First, ARM processor is used for hardware module of interference image processing system. Hardware module includes interference image acquisition circuit, ARM system circuit, LCD display circuit. Then, Linux operating system is transplanted on this hardware system. Finally, the software module of image processing system is designed, includes interference pattern preprocessing, the interference fringes refinement and centerline extraction, the interference pattern fitting content. In the end, the whole system will be debugged, includes hardware circuit debugging and software debugging. The result presented in this paper show that this solutions are reasonable.
