Radio Frequency Identification has developed rapidly in recent years.Featured with the contactless and simultaneous multi-tag identification, this technique has been widely used in intelligent control areas.In this paper, TypeA type non-contact RF card is adopted in intelligent monitoring system based on RFID to mark the identity of the the operator. The RC500chip producted by Philips is selected to control the read and write operation of the system. Considering the common serial interface and flexible USB interface currently used in the industrial control, two kinds of communication interfaces are designed in this paper. One is the serial communication interface based on STC89C52chip. The other is the USB communication interface based on CY7C68013A chip. The read number of the card is compared with cardholder’s identity information stored in the upper computer database. If the cardholder’s information is not in the database, it indicates the identity is illegal, and the alarm information will be sended by message. Otherwise, control operations such as the traffic control switch in the industrial control and the power switch of the crane and so on are conducted according to the card holder’s privileges information. The operation time and other important information are recorded in the local database timely at the same time.Besides, in order to facilitate the outside manager to know the situation at the scene, a remote access program is also finished in this paper. Through the design of the module, we can understand the operation information at the site and remotely control the switch of the live system.On the basis of the components, principles, anti-collision algorithm of the RFID system and related technologies in-depth study, the hardware circuit design and related software development of the whole system are finished in this paper. The fuction of every module is tested, and the feasibility of the system is verified by experiment.
